Welcome to Sample Studio
Sample Studio is a specialized Garment Sample Development House equipped to produce high-precision samples for both knit and woven categories. We work closely with Buying Houses, Garment Factories, Showrooms, Clothing Brands, Designers, and Fashion Startups, providing them with reliable, accurate, and export-quality sample solutions.
We operate two dedicated sample development units—one exclusively for knit and another for woven items. Together, these units house 30 specialized sample machines, operated by a team of skilled sample operators, pattern makers, designers, and sample technicians.
Our in-house technical team collaborates directly with buying houses, brands, and factories to review tech packs, analyze sample workmanship and start development of samples accordingly.

1. Actual Fabric Development
We develop fabrics based on the
exact specifications required for the style, ensuring accuracy in Pantone
shade, fiber composition, GSM, and overall fabric
properties.
Our process includes:
- Precise Pantone color matching
- Customized GSM and fabric density control
- Fiber composition according to buyer requirements
- Fabric behavior and performance evaluation
- Lab dips and shade approval before bulk sampling
This ensures that the samples are created using the actual production-standard fabric, minimizing variations in later stages of manufacturing.
2. Pattern Making & Sampling
Our experienced pattern makers create precise patterns using both manual and CAD-supported methods. Each pattern is developed to maintain accurate measurements, fit, and construction details.
Our sampling process includes:
- Pattern creation and grading
- Sample cutting and stitching by skilled technicians
- Fit analysis and adjustment
- Final sample preparation with professional finishing
This ensures that every sample accurately represents the intended design and is ready for pre-production approval.
